We are constantly monitoring the situation and will adjust our protocols as needed to keep our guests and employees safe.
Social distancing
We have implemented social distancing measures in our accommodations, including:
- Reduced capacity in common areas
- Physical barriers between guests and employees
- Relocated seating in restaurants and bars
We ask that our guests please respect these measures and practice social distancing at all times.
Masks required in common areas
We require all guests and employees to wear masks in all common areas of our accommodations. This includes lobbies, restaurants, bars, fitness centers, and meeting rooms.
We understand that wearing a mask can be uncomfortable, but it is an important way to protect yourself and others from the spread of COVID-19.
Enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures
We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitation procedures in all of our accommodations. This includes:
- Frequent cleaning of all surfaces
- Use of disinfectants and sanitizers
- Proper disposal of waste
We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.
Temperature checks for guests and employees
We are taking the temperature of all guests and employees upon arrival. Guests with a temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher will not be allowed to check in.
We are also taking the temperature of our employees on a regular basis. Employees with a temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher will be sent home and will not be allowed to return to work until they have been cleared by a doctor.
Contact tracing
We are tracking the contact of all guests and employees who have been exposed to COVID-19. This information is used to identify and quarantine any potential cases of the virus.
We are committed to keeping our guests and employees safe. We appreciate your cooperation in following our COVID-19 safety protocols.
